FREE RSVP CLICK HERE

Friends of Bernadette please come over. You don't have to have met her in person to be a friend.

This is one of many gatherings growing up everywhere for a long time like mushrooms of many poets and friends everywhere who love and are inspired by her generous, generative loving genius and radical laughing friendship. The vision is we read in a circle in the parlor, and there will be food upstairs so you can make yourself a plate.

There will also be a fire in the fireplace too in another room for chill out warm up overflow hang out in a winter evening being with our community love for Bernadette Mayer, spending time and energy with her words, and stopping to talk and read in concentric circles.

Please come over and join us: Lee Ann, filip and Motley, Vlad and 1080press, Laynie, Katy, Erica, Dawn, Midnight, Tess, Anneysa, Tony, Jon, and Kay and others to cohost each other in radical poetry hospitality.

We have most of Bernadette's books here to read from, but feel free to bring your own selections or COLLABORATIONS if you have them. We will most definitely read Bernadette's poem:

WAYS TO KEEP GOING IN ANTARCTICA

One of the reasons we will have several rooms open is to not crowd the room and make a casual organic happening flow.

Please bring a dish or drink to share

or Firewood

& a reading voice and / or listening ear.

Please TEST for the COVID and be vaccinated to come by.
