Chris Mason and Marshall Reese's poems are composed as visual scores/structures for multiple avenues of poetic improvisation. Their texts delineate potential possibilities toward a future of worlds that species inhabit. Chris Mason and Marshall Reese read recent poetry, accompanied by Bill Engstrand on bass, including improvised, multi-voice text.

Chris Mason is a member of The Tinklers. Rollo Press has recently published their book The Tinklers Charts and Stories. Marshall Reese collaborates with Nora Ligorano as the visual art team LigoranoReese. Vanishing Finish, his new book with Ligorano, will be published by Granary Books next spring. Mason and Reese were founding members of the Baltimore poetry performance group CoAccident with poet Kirby Malone and composer Alec Bernstein.
